Free grocery list with no account: how it works
SuperPlan is a free shopping list app with recipes for iPhone and Android. There’s no account to create: no email address, no password.
How it works
SuperPlan runs on iOS 16 or later and Android 9 or later. It has two tabs, List and Recipes.
- Your list: add items by typing, speaking or taking a photo. SuperPlan sorts them by aisle.
- Sharing: share a list with a link. Everyone on it sees changes within seconds while the app is open.
- Recipes: save recipes from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, recipe websites or a cookbook page, then put their ingredients on your list.
No account needed
Open the app and start. To show your name on shared lists instead of Guest, set it in Settings › Account › Display name. Despite its name, Account only holds Display name and Secure lists.
To take your lists to a new phone, use Secure lists once (secure your lists).
What's free?
Core features — lists, sharing, syncing — are free and unlimited.
Smart features use AI uses: speaking your list, taking a photo of a list, sharing a message to SuperPlan and importing recipes. They’re free up to a weekly limit; after that, you can still add items by hand.
SuperPlan shows no ads, recipes included.
From the makers of Supercards
SuperPlan is made by the team behind Supercards: All your loyalty cards in one app. In Settings › More from us, tap Get Supercards or Open Supercards.
Invite friends
In Settings, tap Invite friends to see Your code, with Copy and Share link. Share it as often as you like.
Your friend redeems it within 7 days of installing SuperPlan: by tapping your link, or in Settings › Redeem code › Redeem. Codes are “SP-” plus 6 characters. You can redeem only one code; after that, the Redeem code row disappears.
Rewards come as ✦. ✦ are AI uses, e.g. for importing a recipe from a photo. The app shows who gets how much; as the inviter, you see yours in a pop-up when you next open the app.
A code shares no list (share a list).
