Add items by voice, photo or message

SuperPlan works as a voice shopping list: tap the mic, say everything in one go and check the result before adding. Or type, snap a photo of a handwritten list or share a WhatsApp message with SuperPlan.

Type

Type in the Add item field and tap Enter, or tap a matching tile; the last tile always adds exactly what you typed. Right after adding, set the amount, a note and tags (edit an item). Unrecognized items go under Other (file them).

Voice input: speak your shopping list

1. Tap the mic (Voice input). The first time, tap Allow on Dictate your list and confirm the system prompt.
2. After Speak now!, say everything with amounts, e.g. “two liters of milk, butter, six eggs…”.
3. Items appear as you talk. Tap the bin next to a wrong one.
4. Tap the check mark, then the add button. The mic beside it lets you keep dictating; an item still being processed can land a moment later.

The X discards the recording; if items were recognized, SuperPlan first asks Discard recording?

Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant?

Coming soon. For now, tap the mic in SuperPlan and speak your list.

Photograph a handwritten list

1. Tap the plus (More), then Camera, or Gallery for an existing photo or screenshot.
2. Tap any item to leave out, then the add button.

Photos are read online; offline you see: You’re offline. Connect to the internet to import.

For a recipe, choose Save as a recipe or Just the ingredients onto the list (recipes on your list).

Share from WhatsApp or any app

Share a message or photo from WhatsApp or any app to SuperPlan and check the items. Or copy the text, tap the plus (More) and Paste; on iPhone, the system first asks whether SuperPlan may paste: allow it. Recipes get the same choice as photos (save recipes).

Not working?

• Recording failed: microphone access is usually off. Tap the mic again; if Open Settings appears, allow it there.
• Nothing recognized or Import failed: speak again, or retry with a clearer photo (Try again).
• Already in stock: items SuperPlan thinks you have at home are folded away. Tap the header, then an item to add it after all.
• Something misread? Leave it out, or fix it later.
• No AI uses left: typing still works (what’s free).
