Shared shopping list not updating? Changes arrive within seconds while the app is open. Pull the list down to refresh it.

Pull the list down and let go: SuperPlan sends your own changes, then fetches the latest. This also picks up a list someone just shared with you.

The list also refreshes by itself while the app is open, when you come back to the app and when your connection returns.

Still out of date? Check that both phones are online and that you’re on the same list. If that doesn’t help, update the app.

No notifications

SuperPlan doesn’t notify you when someone adds or checks off items; you see the changes when you open the app.

Offline in the shop

No signal? Keep checking off and adding items. Your changes are saved on your phone and sent once you’re back online, and the list catches up with everyone else’s.

Speaking your list, taking photos and pasting text need a connection (adding items). For photos and pasting, the app says: You’re offline. Connect to the internet to import. Joining a list by link needs one too (invalid link).

Same list?

Tap the member bubbles at the top, or Settings › Members, and look for the other person. Nobody else is on the list if the top right shows the share icon (Share) instead, or if Members shows: You’re alone on this list. Share it to add members.

Everyone starts with their own list (Weekly shop), so after joining you may have two lists with similar names. Tap the list name at the top: in Lists, a shared list shows the other members’ bubbles.

Not on the same list? Share it again, and the other person taps Join.

Item shows twice?

If two of you add the same item, it can show up twice. Just check one off.
