Sort your shopping list by aisle
SuperPlan sorts your shopping list by aisle (in the app: categories) automatically, and you set the category order to match your supermarket.

New lists start in a typical supermarket order for your country, which changes only when you change it. Unknown items go under Other (more below).
Category order: match your shop
- In the list, tap Settings at the top left, then Category order under Display.
- Drag a category into place by its handle or with a long-press. The list re-sorts.
Reset brings back the default. The order applies to everyone on the list. Other always stays at the bottom.
Items under Other
With a connection, a typed item often moves from Other to its aisle a moment later.
To file it yourself, long-press the item, tap the pencil under Category and pick a category. Your choice always wins. Recognised items keep their aisle and don’t offer Category.
Create, switch and rename lists
Tap the list name at the top to see all your lists (Lists) and switch between them.
- To create a list, tap New list, type a name and tap Create.
- To rename it, open Settings, tap List name, change the name and tap Save. The name changes for everyone.
Leave a list
There’s no button to delete a list. To leave one, open Settings, tap Leave list and confirm with Leave.
You lose access; everyone else keeps the list. If it was your only list, you get a new empty one, Weekly shop.
Get a list back
Left by mistake? Ask someone still on the list to share it with you again, then join and everything is back.
