Save recipes from TikTok and Instagram
Save recipes from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, any recipe website or a cookbook photo straight into SuperPlan; it picks out the ingredients and steps.
From Instagram and Reels
- Tap the paper-plane icon under the post or reel.
- Pick SuperPlan (the first time under “More”).
- Tap Save as a recipe, or Just the ingredients onto the list to only shop for it without keeping the recipe.
- Check what was read and tap Save recipe.
iPhone
Copied a link? Tap Link found above the Add a recipe button in the Recipes tab. Your iPhone may ask whether to allow SuperPlan to paste from the other app.
Import from TikTok and YouTube
Share the video to SuperPlan (on TikTok, the share arrow on the right), as with Instagram, or paste a YouTube link as for a website. Reading can take up to half a minute.
From YouTube, SuperPlan reads the description and speech, never the footage.
From Pinterest and Facebook
Share the pin or post to SuperPlan, as with Instagram, or copy its link and paste it as for a website.
Only public pins and posts work; for a private one, take a screenshot.
From a website
- Copy the recipe page’s address.
- In the Recipes tab, tap Add a recipe, then Paste a link.
- Paste the link and tap Read the recipe.
Or share the page from your browser. Any public recipe website works.
Cookbook page or handwritten card
Tap Add a recipe, then Scan a recipe, and photograph the page with ingredients and method. Several pages shot in a row make one recipe.
For photos or screenshots you already have, tap Choose photos and pick up to 8. With several, pick One recipe or Several recipes (one per photo).
Ingredients SuperPlan was unsure about carry this note: Read with some doubt — worth a check. Check them before you tap Save recipe.
Didn't work?
When SuperPlan finds no recipe, you see We don’t read this as a recipe or No recipe was found at the shared link.
SuperPlan reads only what a visitor without an account sees, never the comments, so logins, paywalls, private posts and some sites block it. Take a screenshot and use Choose photos, or paste the recipe’s text via Paste a link.
- We didn’t get all of it: tap Add more photos, or save anyway if you know the rest.
- That’s more than one recipe: photograph one recipe at a time.
- Language not supported yet: use a recipe in another language.
- Recipe import is Premium or No AI uses left: your free AI uses are used up for now (what’s free).
